Single items have set starting prices: washer & dryer from $99, a fridge or appliance from $85, a couch from $125. Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our truck they fill: 1/4 ($275), 1/2 ($475), 3/4 ($675), or full ($850). Every price includes disposal, recycling & labor, plus tax. A full load is 360 cu ft of hauling space (12 ft × 6 ft × 5 ft high), roughly a one-bedroom apartment. You pay for the space your items take, so a pile of smaller things is priced as a load, not item by item. Your final price is confirmed on site before we lift anything.

$499 per day — unlimited loads. Landfill and disposal fees are not included in the rental price and are the client’s responsibility. You do the loading. Truck rental does not include insurance on the truck.

It's $75 per hour, plus tax. Disposal is separate, and we tell you what it will be before we start.

Yes, for homes and businesses. We tear down and haul away sheds, decks, fences, interior rooms like kitchens and bathrooms, drywall, and concrete. Choose Demolition when you book, tell us what needs to come down, and add photos. We'll review it and confirm a quote with you before any work begins.

Usable items go to local charities when they can accept them. Recyclables get recycled. Only what's left goes to the landfill, and that's handled the right way.

Choose monthly, weekly, twice weekly, or daily service, how many visits, which days, and an afternoon or evening window. Your per-visit price is set upfront from your typical volume. Property professionals on a recurring service agreement earn our Property Partner Bonus: $100 after your first month and $500 at six months of continuous recurring service.

It's our thank-you to property managers, landlords, and realtors who set up a recurring service agreement: a $100 bonus after your first month, and a $500 bonus once the agreement reaches six continuous months. One-time jobs and truck rentals don't qualify.

Tell a friend, neighbor, or family member about us, then fill out our Referral Form (they can also add your name under "Who Referred You?" when they book). Once their job is completed and paid in full, we send you a $25 Referral Bonus, or $100 if their job is a Full Truckload, by direct deposit or mailed check. One bonus per new customer. The Property Partner Bonus for recurring service agreements is separate.

Yes. Our crew is made up of fully insured professionals. Property managers can request a certificate of insurance for their files.

Hazardous materials: chemicals, solvents, pesticides, wet paint, fuel, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. Not sure about an item? Mention it in your booking or call and we'll tell you.

Send photos: one wide shot of each area, close-ups of anything big or heavy, and the path from the street. When you book, check off what we're hauling and tell us about stairs, distance to the truck, and parking. The more we know, the closer your quote is to the final price.

Tell us about them when you book. Refrigerant appliances need proper handling, and pianos, hot tubs, and safes need extra planning, so we include that in your quote up front instead of surprising you on the day.

The full truck bed is 12 ft × 6 ft × 5 ft high, or 360 cu ft of hauling space, roughly the contents of a typical one-bedroom apartment. A half truck is about one room or a one-car garage. These are typical examples, and your photos tell us for sure.
